What we keep

• Your account: name, email, password hash, plan, climate, and hemisphere.
• Your plants: name, the reading, room and window, rhythm, care history, and a small private thumbnail.
• Your sick-leaf readings and their small thumbnails.
• Household emails you chose to share with, on Greenhouse.

What we do not keep

• Homepage demo photos. They are read in memory and dropped.
• Full-size originals. We keep a small thumbnail, not your camera file.
• Location. Photos are re-encoded in your browser, which strips location metadata.
• Card numbers. Stripe handles payments.

Export

Settings, then Export my data, downloads everything above as one JSON file, photos included.

Delete

Settings, then Delete everything, permanently removes your account, every plant, photo, reading, and care log, and cancels any subscription. It takes effect immediately; backups roll off within 30 days.
