Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings or the billing portal. You keep paid features until the end of the period, then your shelf drops to Free. Plants beyond three stay viewable; you just cannot add more.
Is there a refund?
If something went wrong, write to help@getfernfriend.com within 14 days of a charge and we will make it right.
Do you charge tax?
Prices are in USD. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where the law requires it.
Is my payment safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
